Store Policies

Our shop policies are as follows in reference to products and shipping.

All products are guaranteed to be genuine and free from defect.  Defective products will be credited their purchase priceShipping is non refundable unless it is our error.  Normal return shipment is at the expense of the customer.  All products must be returned in resaleable condition free of stains, odors, and damage with original product packaging of the item.

Call or e-mail our store first of any concern and allow our staff an opportunity to help you resolve the issue.  DO NOT return the item in question without authorization.

Patterns, leaflets, magazines, booklets and kits are not returnable. 

Fabric is non returnable unless it is visable defective. We check all fabric before shipment and there has never been a quality issue with any of our fabric.  Fibers (floss) are not returnable for any reason.  Special order items are not returnable for any reason other than defect.  Sale items are not retunable for any reason.

If you are returning a returnable item because you change your mind, shipping will be at your expense. Returned items, for any reason other than our error are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 Check your your order immediately upon it's arrival to verify it's condition and that your order is complete.

All claims for errors in shipment or condition must be made within 30 days.
